The team at Hampshire Plastics recently worked on new boat windows for a customer nearby. We created a made to measure window to fit snugly on their yacht hull.
As with all of our boat windows, we began by making a template. Fortunately, this customer still had their old boat window, meaning we could copy these and match the fixings so everything all fitted perfectly. We used our CNC machine to cut the 10mm thick UV-resistant acrylic to size, and then gave advice on fixtures and sealants to make sure the panel was completely watertight.
